Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient production of our high-quality snack bars. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, production management, and plant operations.

Duties:
- Manage and optimize plant operations to meet production goals
- Implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency
- Utilize MRP systems to plan and schedule production activities
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations
- Lead and mentor plant staff to ensure a cohesive working environment
- Fabricate solutions for operational challenges as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience in food manufacturing management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management practices
- Proficiency in MRP systems and production management software
- Ability to assemble and optimize manufacturing systems
- Experience in fabricating solutions for operational improvements

Requirements:

- Previous experience in plant management or related roles
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
