• Balance the assigned workload each day to enhance productivity and ensure our customers have the best shopping experience.

• Develop and build client rapport with new and existing customers to promote a positive environment that keeps our customer engaged.

• Maximize opportunities on sales floor to drive KPI results through building genuine client relationships.

• Passionately engage in information and training regarding styling, product knowledge, and the five simple steps to selling.

• Ensure visual standards are represented and displayed.

• Take initiative and be in the know of emails, events, trunk shows, parties, and client appointments.

• Present feedback that is professional, solution-oriented and business-focused.

Our Expert Stylists :

• Process information and operate store systems accurately.

• Are available based on the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays. We try to guarantee each stylist two Saturdays off per month!

• Must bend, reach, and stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds/18 kilos.

• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.

• Are proficient with technology and apps, and familiar with industry-related blogs and feeds.
