Job DescriptionAbout the Role
The Director of HR will be a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of our human resources function.
ResponsibilitiesOversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development.
Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent needs across the organization.
Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Manage FMLA and all other leave requests.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR.
Managing all non-exempt administrative staff.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or, years of experience may be substituted for education.
10 years of experience in a leadership role within the HR function.
Strong understanding of employment law and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
