Job Description:

S.P.A.R. Martial Arts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Martial Arts Coach to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. We offer a fun, low-stress work environment where work-life balance is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts and a passion for teaching students of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for martial arts classes.

- Provide instruction on basic and advanced martial arts techniques.

- Ensure the safety of students during training sessions.

- Motivate and encourage students to achieve their goals and improve their skills.

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to help students progress.

Requirements:

- Previous experience teaching martial arts.

- Proficiency in one or more martial arts disciplines (e.g., Karate, Taekwondo, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Kung Fu).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work with students of various ages and skill levels.

- Must be able to pass a background check for working with children.

- Availability early evenings Monday through Thursday, and some Fridays & Saturdays.
