Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track and manage leads
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Proven experience in outbound calling, business development, and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
