We are looking for our next manager to add to our team! Looking for an individual that is professional, outgoing and driven to help us deliver outstanding service to our guests. Our managers are responsible for all front of house operations, including delivering great guest service, ensuring outstanding food quality, creating a welcoming environment, driving sales and profit as well as hitting financial goals. Our ideal canidate will also possess the skillset to expedite a busy, high volume kitchen when needed. A Day In The Life of a Manager Includes:

* provide exceptional guest service, setting the standard for all employees

* monitor all staff performance and hold staff accountable for performance

* manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization, revenue opportunities and staffing

* use discretion and judgement in staffing

* train, coach, develop and discipline all employees through ongoing feedback

* ensure safety and sanitation

* ensure restaurant is in complete compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
