**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team.

The Repair Technician will be Tech 1, Tech 2, or Tech 3

• Technicians’ disassemble and reassemble computers using various types of hand tools. They help in producing test procedures for different types of products. They install and configure operating system software and upgrades.
• Technicians would also have to repair gaming consoles, mobile devices, etc. They would have to reinstall operating systems when hard disks break down.
• Technicians will carry out performance tests according to requirements, prepare test reports of products when needed, remove viruses, and troubleshoot malware, adware, spyware, etc. They also adjust computer hardware components to ensure better performance and diagnose network connectivity problems. Computer repair technicians’ responsibilities also involve replacing screens on computers, as well as mobile devices, installing and configuring software programs, and assembling desktop and laptop computers, including Macs.
• They accurately document orders. Technicians should also have the knack for learning new technologies without much guidance.
• Keep correct record of asset management tracking, inventory control, work completed, and work in progress.
• Keep documentation of parts inventory, order for parts, and supplies delivered.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

• Excellent communication skill (both verbal and written) to be able to relate effectively with all levels of personnel in the organization.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service by relating with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
