We are hiring a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor to join our collaborative and dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in psychiatry, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with patients and other medical professionals. Interested applicants should be passionate about providing treatment for a wide range of psychiatric issues, and must have a strong working knowledge of the biological, psychological and social factors that affect mental health.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient care in a medical setting.
• Counsel individuals, couples, and families.
• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform crisis intervention and refer patients to other mental health professionals as needed.
• Analyze patient data and evaluate relationships between different factors.
• Build treatment plans based on patients' needs.
• Use analytic skills to interpret data.
• Help patients to make behavioral changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
