the Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling all administrative requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer and direct Phone Calls

• Data Entry

• Organize and Schedule Appointments

• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms

• Assist in the preparation of Reports

• Maintain a Filing Systems

• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Office Admin Assistant

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook Email

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Minimum High School Diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.41 - $22.17 per hour
