Dairy Star is Hiring a Territory Sales Manager Near Eau Claire, WI

The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have agricultural knowledge, preferably in dairy. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent day-time travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis in addition to maintaining and growing established relationships. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field. 

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients for print and digital offerings
  • Generate potential leads for future sales
  • Set and exceed sales goals
  • Communicate effectively, and display cooperation with other members of team
  • Strong listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Google/Microsoft Suite)

Qualifications

  • Strong agricultural knowledge, preferably dairy
  • 1 years of sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to travel in order to do business
