PROJECT EXECUTIVE
Seeking Project Executive for Owners Rep firm focused on projects in the cultural space - i.e. performing arts, libraries, museums, higher education, religious, as well as high end residential (private residences).
Required Experience includes (Candidates without this experience will not be considered):
- Working for an Owners Rep company.
- Executive Level oversight on projects in the cultural space
- High End Residential Experience
- Strong Organizational Acumen
- Management of junior level Project Management staff
- Strategic Oversight / Collaboration with ownership.
- NYC Experience.

Compensation range is 175-200k, strong benefits, 401k, PTO, and a Hybrid Work schedule.
