Job DescriptionLocal GC seeks seasoned Lead Superintendent needed for new multi story 100,000SF load bearing Assisted Living Facility SW Florida / Naples Area Minimum of 5 years’ experience required in building similar projects a must - others need not apply.

- Extensive knowledge of commercial building methods and codes
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and independent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for dealing with subcontractors, architects and project managers
- Tactful and mature demeanor with well developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities.
- Utilization of a laptop and email is essential to performing the duties of this position. Experience with Microsoft Office required.
- Familiarity with Procore
- OSHA certification
