West End Center for Youth, Inc. is Hiring a Director of Development Near Roanoke, VA
The Development Director will lead and direct the marketing and development efforts for a community based After School and full day Summer Program. This position's responsibilities and tasks include: supporting and maintaining donor programs, planning and implementing several large special events each year, monthly newsletters and other seasonal communications, managing all social media accounts and maintaining the website.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience and comfort with Salesforce, Click and Pledge, and Canva,
- Experience planning and overseeing large special events.
- Experience interacting with Boards of Directors, donors, partners and collaborators.
