This personal-development program is designed to give top candidates an opportunity to grow their communication and sales skills, industry knowledge and familiarity with our company while making top dollar for their efforts. This entry-level program is typically a 6 month stepping stone to a high-potential sales position, where top performers earn over two-hundred thousand dollars per year within our company. This includes paid training and personal attention as you begin or extend your career in sales. Successful people in this program are our first stop for filling open positions in management, recruiting, inside sales, field sales and internal support.

Primary Duties: Working closely with a team that meets on a daily basis and is given the latest in technology to be able to scout residential neighborhoods for prospective customers. These prospective customers could qualify for money-saving solar energy packages which can include installation of the solar energy system free of charge. The Solar Marketing and Sales Representative will introduce prospective customers to Trinity Solar and work with them to set up informational appointments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential solar energy systems;
  • Serve as a consultant and provide useful product knowledge to qualifying homeowners;
  • Acquire, retain and constantly develop industry knowledge;
  • Meet and exceed lead generation goals.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 years of sales, customer service and/or consulting experience;
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Must be self-driven & highly motivated;
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas;
  • Must be flexible working weekend and evening hours;
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask appropriately;
  • Must have reliable transportation;
  • Certain opportunities require a clean DMV record;
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check;
  • Must have cell phone with data and internet;
  • Applicants must be 18 years old or older; and,
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
