Who Are We Looking For?
An ambitious and experienced Head of Sales who is ready to make a huge impact in a growth-oriented company.
As Head of Sales, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the future of the company through developing sales and marketing strategies, creating and defining sales processes, and building a sales dream team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with long-term organizational goals, aiming to triple subscriber base and grow monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and average deal size through verticalization.
  • Act as a key member of the leadership team and actively participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership meetings to define and report on organizational and sales team goals and initiatives.
  • Build, structure, and manage a sales team, hiring two SMB Sales Representatives in the second half of 2024 with the ability to scale larger.
  • Hire an Account Management team to manage existing book of business and upsell.
  • Maintain and grow partnerships with key entities including vertical-specific conferences, partnership channels, and industry-specific agencies to support sales efforts.
  • Design and implement sales campaigns by defining tools, processes, and messaging to expand into industries with high-subscriber potential.
  • Establish quarterly and annual sales plans and goals while coaching your team on performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback to foster a team culture of winning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing agencies and operations teams to ensure alignment on initiatives and sales strategies, and anticipate hiring needs across departments to support sales growth.
  • Proactively monitor the market and competitor activities and partner with the operations team to explore new product and integration opportunities.
  • Outline and manage sales budgets, evaluate P&L, and provide detailed quarterly and annual sales forecasting.
  • Own and maintain sales operations across the go to market team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • 10 years of sales experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in direct sales management with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Previous experience working in a leadership role at a telecom, IT service provider, or SaaS organization
  • Ability to work out of our Morristown, NJ office on a flexible, hybrid schedule
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Proven experience creating successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Familiarity with creating, implementing, and maintaining sales playbooks, systems, and processes
  • Experience onboarding and building training plans for sales teams and structuring different roles within a sales department
  • Ability to review individual compensation plans and manage against sales quotas
  • Familiarity with relevant sales software including CRM, quoting, and sequencing tools
