S&S Care Connection is a small business in Milwaukee, WI. We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to S&S Care Connection For Kids This is a great position for someone who is energized by working with children who are developmentally challenged. The kids we serve are in need of compassionate care for a wide variety of things such as autism, ADHD, anxiety, speech, and cognitive delay. They thrive on things like mentorship, social involvement, coaching to overcome daily challenges, and the positive attention an experienced adult can provide. Additionally, your involvement offers the parents of these children an opportunity to recharge. We currently have shifts for In Home Caregivers to work with a variety of these special needs children throughout Milwaukee County. Schedules can be put together to include nearly any days and hours you can do, but please note that MOST SCHEDULES RIGHT NOW INCLUDE AFTERNOON, EVENING AND/OR WEEKEND HOURS FOR 1-3 HOURS DAILY We support our clients in the place they call home providing any non-medical needs such as respite, supportive home care, mentorship, daily living skills training, general companionship, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, medication reminders and more. We pay our Caregivers ABOVE MARKET WAGES..

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and organize office files, documents, and records - Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette - Utilize computer skills to perform data entry and maintain electronic records - Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars - Support real estate administrative tasks as needed - Conduct transcribing duties accurately - Coordinate front desk activities and serve as the first point of contact for visitors - Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned **Qualifications:** - Proficiency in Google Suite applications - Familiarity with phone systems and handling calls professionally - Strong computer literacy with the ability to computerize data effectively - Experience in front desk or administrative roles preferred - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to transcribe information accurately - Proficient in calendar management for scheduling appointments This position offers a great opportunity to develop administrative skills in a dynamic work environment.
