Stout Ventures is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near La Grange, GA

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community management team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our apartment community. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing resident maintenance requests, and assisting with various projects to uphold our high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues promptly
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks in areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry
  • Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory
  • Assist with the turnover process for vacant units, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
  • Collaborate with property management team and contractors/vendors as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times
  • Assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in general maintenance or related field
  • Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
