About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in forging and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will understand their needs and match our services to their goals, driving satisfaction and success. This role is ideal for someone with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to varying client needs and market dynamics.

This role is 100% commission-based, with a guaranteed starting base of $50,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives and effectively communicating them to internal teams. Develop and maintain strong, impactful customer relationships.
  • Engaging in regular discussions to drive Get Found Fast’s sales pipeline, close deals, and ensure the success of ongoing campaigns.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals to potential clients and ongoing recap presentations to current clients.
  • Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Make sound decisions quickly and effectively, using analytical skills and intuition.
  • Prospecting and finding new leads through relationships, networking, and other avenues.

  • Decision Quality: Capable of making sound decisions with incomplete information, balancing speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
  • Situational Adaptability: Adapts strategies and approaches based on the client’s specific situation/industry/needs, picks up on situational cues, and adjusts behavior and tactics accordingly.
  • Data-Driven: Be able to analyze, report, and give guidance based on data from multiple sources, including, but not limited to Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and Google Ads, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a client-facing role within an agency setting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to forge and maintain relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experienced in negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
  • Savvy with current industry trends and can leverage this knowledge in business strategy.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
