Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Coordinator - Jr. Planner. The position will be responsible for day-to-day event planning support, communication with clients and vendors, providing excellent customer service, managing events, and supporting sales efforts.

• Experience in sales or business development
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficiency in event management software and tools
• Knowledge of event venues and resources in the tri-state area
• Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or related field a plus
