eMinutes is Hiring a Corporate Paralegal Near New York, NY
We are looking for an experienced paralegal to support our team of corporate lawyers in our midtown Manhattan office (this is a hybrid position). Daily responsibilities will include handling filings with the Secretaries of State and other government offices. The successful candidate would have directly relevant experience with corporate work in a law firm.
