We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to join our rapidly expanding company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the beverage industry, with extensive experience in overseeing multiple facets of operations, including: employee training, quality control, general operations and new store openings. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively integrate various functions to support and accelerate our expansion efforts.

What you'll do:

• General Operations: Oversee daily tea bar activities to ensure smooth operations, maintaining a focus on strategic goals and operational efficiency. Implement operational best practices across all areas.
• Employee Training: Develop and lead a comprehensive training program for all levels of tea bar staff, ensuring employees are well-equipped to meet the demands of their roles and deliver exceptional service. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Quality Control: Establish and maintain high standards of quality across all products and services. Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure that every customer interaction and every product meets our high standards.
• New Store Opening: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new store openings. This includes location scouting, staffing, training, and ensuring operational readiness from day one.
• Strategic Integration: Serve as the central point of coordination among various departments, ensuring all functions are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Experience you need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience in the QSR beverage industry, with a strong focus on operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully opening and managing multiple retail locations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to address and solve complex operational issues.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
