Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and Organize administrative tasks for a professional transportation planning and traffic engineering firm
• Assist Project Managers and Employees with job organization and client interaction
• Track overhead costs and workplace efficiency breakdowns for projects and vendors
• Compile and package documents for project proposals
• Lead marketing efforts for prospective clients
• Website upkeep and social media manager

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in administrative/management or marketing work
• Possess a driver's license valid in Maryland with access to a vehicle which may be used on the job
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Good work ethic and positive attitude
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with Deltek Ajera Software (preferred but not required)
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (preferred but not required)
• Experience with Accounting and Bookkeeping (preferred but not required)

Pay Rate: $41,600 - $47,840/year
