Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our Baseball Operations and Tournaments . The Director will oversee all aspects of our youth tournament from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Manage tournament site efficiently to ensure successful operations of NSD Baseball.
- Onsite conflict resolutions
- Handle all on-site communication with teams and director of Site Operations
- Oversee scoring and data collection
- Represent the institution in the community and build strong partnerships

Requirements
- Must be able to work long hours and weekend
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Show up on time and maintain job responsibilities
- Understand rules and regulations to the game of baseball and NSD tournaments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

-Desire to begin a career in Sports Operations and Event Management
