We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance to join a dynamic team and help drive continued success.

As the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the manufacturing engineering and maintenance operations within our facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field); a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Proven experience in electro-mechanical systems and medical device manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects and capital investments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 13485, FDA, and other relevant regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
