What You Will Do At ODMOffice: Data & Integrated Systems Bureau: Strategic & Performance Analytics Classification: Management Analyst (PN 20101795) Job OverviewThe Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking a professional to be part of ODM's Data Visualization and Strategic Analytics Team. This position will be critical to facilitating ODM reporting and dashboard production. The team is actively engaged in communicating agency data to a wide variety of stakeholders and looking for an organized, independent worker to provide project support. As a Project Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
identifying data patterns and trends as part of user acceptance testing (UAT)
assisting in data profiling and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) related research
researching and summarizing data analytic best practices to inform data analysts
collaborating with the Business Intelligence Team and Privacy Team to maintain and update job aids and access requests pertinent to dashboards
coordinating training slides and other materials to support dashboard governance activities
maintaining and updating materials in the Dashboard Coordination SharePoint site
managing and tracking correspondences to ODM Dashboard mailbox
providing project support (e.g. activity coordination, deadline tracking, documentation) to DIS supervisors and analysts as needed
