Corvallis / Albany Endodontics is a specialty dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We believe in creating a welcoming environment for all our patients and aim to provide care with compassion and respect. We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our front desk staff. Highlights of Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing
• Verify and process patients’ dental insurance
• Review treatment plans, insurance, and out-of-pocket costs with patients
• Collect patients’ co-insurance at time of service and after service when necessary
• Enter patient information accurately into practice management software
• Coordinate appointments and dental record transfers with referring practices
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area
• Collaborate with clinical staff and doctors to ensure seamless patient care

This is a full-time Patient Care Coordinator position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday 7:45am to 5pm with one to two Fridays per month. This position will split time between the Albany and Corvallis practices, in most cases being two days in Albany, two days in Corvallis, and Friday location to be determined as needed.

Patient Care Coordinator Qualifications:

• One or more years of dental administrative experience is preferred, but not required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Proficiency with dental software preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of dental insurance & billing and healthcare policies (HIPAA) preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliability and punctuality
