About the Role: You will play a crucial role in bringing in new logos and maintaining strong customer relationships and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively hunt for new logos as well as engage with existing customers to maintain and strengthen relationships.
  • Reach out through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and meetings, to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Educate customers on our product offerings and services, showcasing their value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Develop strategies and action plans to maximize customer retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services.
  • Track and report on customer activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of account management processes and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

The Candidate

  • Proven experience in either new business or account management or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in using web-based applications, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Historical sales experience with upsell or new business quota.
