**Job Summary:** We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide information on strains, usage, and effects, and ensure a positive customer experience. **Duties:** - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Educate customers on different strains, products, consumption methods, and effects - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively - Conduct product demonstrations as needed - Answer phone calls with proper etiquette - Execute sales transactions with attention to detail **Requirements:** - Proficiency in retail math for transactions - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Experience in cash handling procedures - Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively - Strong command of English language for communication - Basic math skills for inventory management - Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers - Organizational skills to manage stock effectively - Sales experience is beneficial This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic industry with room for growth and development.
