We are looking for a Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our growing team!

We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Financial Analyst to join the team. Candidates must have a strong financial background in real estate finance and operations. This is an opportunity to work directly with the acquisitions team and the owners of the company to manage deal flow in the company’s pipeline. The position also includes conducting due diligence and closing transactions along with underwriting the current assets in the portfolio.
Responsibilities

• Create financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities. Models include project and portfolio level performance and structured finance.
• Create financial models to evaluate property investment exit strategies with operating costs/revenue and income streams.
• Work with the due diligence team to close transactions including coordinate site visits, inspections, financial review, title reviews, lease abstracts, etc.
• Update financial models with actual data to evaluate investments.
• Perform market research to determine/verify a project’s economics and to verify assumptions used in models.
• Identify economic/general issues with potential economic impact.
• Perform rental rate analysis.
• Summarize and present findings and recommendations succinctly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or a related field.
• High proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced skills in Excel is a must).
• Outstanding quantitative skills.
• 2 years of experience in Real Estate Finance.
• Must be able to work independently, be reliable and organized.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
