Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of our international product team. You will also assume operational responsibility for one of our solutions.
• Together with the Head of Development, you are responsible for the expansion of the Product & Development Team and the structures.
• You will work closely with our management to shape our long-term product strategy.
• You find the optimal balance between implementing customer requirements and pursuing our long-term product strategy and ensure new features are implemented on time.
• You continue to drive a culture of data-driven and problem-solving product development.
• You stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the market and market peers, attending trade shows, and expanding your network.

What you bring

• You have at least two years of experience as Head of Product in the software environment. Alternatively, you have 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Product Owner / Senior Product Manager or in a similar function in the software environment and want to take the next step in your career.
• Optimally, you have already been responsible for building a fast-growing team or have been part of such a team yourself.
• Optimally, you have already had contact with the hospitality environment.
• You have the ability to reconcile the wishes of different stakeholders and can justify decisions clearly and comprehensibly with your strong communication skills.
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
