We are seeking a talented administrative assistant to help in our new manufacturing facilities in Simi Valley and join us in our mission to become the world leader in compact RVs.

Responsibilities:

· The administrative assistant provides vital support to the organization by efficiently handling various administrative and clerical tasks;

· Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner;

· Greet and assist visitors and clients;

· Maintain a clean and organized office environment;

· Support the purchasing team located in Canada;

· Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence as needed;

· Respond to emails and inquiries;

· Distribute internal and external communications;

· Prepare meeting materials and take meeting minutes as required;

· Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records;

Requirements:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Knowledge of SAP (an asset)

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

· Willing to navigate in a fast growing company.

The candidate will need to frequently travel to Canada for the first few weeks of training. The schedule of travels is flexible, and personal and family life will be taken into consideration when booking trips.
