Tycoon Capital is hiring in our Legal Department

Tycoon Capital helps members obtain capital and funding. We have a mortgage divsion where we help members get home loans and real estate capital for investing. We hold the rights to the Debt Deletion Ai product which requires litigation. We are hiring for the VP of Litigation.

Applicants should possess good communication skills and must have experience in consumer law. We file lawsuits against consumer reporting agencies on behalf our members in all 50 states.

Experience requirements and qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience in estate planning, patent law, immigration law, and litigation
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a law firm or corporate legal department-Mixed and Merged reports

-Incorrect information on Credit Report

- Identity Theft victims

-Debt collector harassment

-Incorrect Account Status

-Fraudulent Inquiries

-Reporting the same debt multiple times

This position requires in office working at our Midtown, Atlanta location.

• Litigates on behalf of the Company in respective state courts where licensed to practice utilizing case management software
• Prior litigation experience preparing and drafting pleadings, participating in all phases of the discovery process and handling of trials required
• Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth-In-Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Equal Credit Opportunity Act and all other federal and state laws and regulations related to consumer credit and collections
• Effective organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail
• Ability to discern and analyze the impact of multiple issues on a given situation, and provide sound business judgment
• Ability to research, read, analyze, and interpret statutes, case law, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations

Roles:

• Send demand letters to the CRA’s
• File lawsuit for our members
• Set up court dates for our members
• Submit exhibits to the court
• Walk member through video court
• Once our members win in court you get a bonus on top of your salary.

Salary Range:

$75,000.00-$115,000.00

Please be familiar with this process, we are looking for someone that has legal or paralegal experience in consumer law.

$100,000 with bonuses

Ability to Relocate:
