Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Honolulu, HI for a Scheduler & Office Assistant. The Scheduler & Office Assistant will be a part of a team responsible for scheduling interpreter appointment requests that come in via phone, email, and fax, and for coordinating schedules and providing general administrative support to our many interpreters in the field. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient operations and effective communication. Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and appointment scheduling software
Customer service-oriented mindset
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in office administration or scheduling is preferred
Knowledge of the languages commonly used in Hawaii is a plus
