Position Title: Client Partner - Microsoft Sales

Job Type: Fulltime

Location: Seattle, WA

Position Overview

The Client Partner - Microsoft Sales will be responsible for managing and growing our strategic accounts through the sale of Microsoft products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft's offerings and the ability to align them with our clients' business needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and provide strategic advice on leveraging Microsoft solutions.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Microsoft team to stay updated on product offerings, enhancements, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and support) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop sales forecasts and strategies.

Market and Industry Insight:

  • Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the company regarding market conditions, product enhancements, and client needs.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline development, revenue, and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on Microsoft products and services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and other cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant).
