- Sales cloud and service cloud experience
- 10 years hands-on experience with Salesforce including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Email to Case)
- Minimum of 2 years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies
- Team player with the ability to work well with diverse groups such as Business Users, IT Business Solutions and other Developers
- Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certified
- Experience with LWC and Lightning Component Framework
- Experience with web application design and analysis, design patterns and object orientated design
- Experience in multiple web technologies including: XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX / JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP
- Experience with GitHub
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical audiences
