Our client is a leading marketing and branding agency with offices in LA, NY and San Francisco and are looking for an experienced remote Project Manager. You will be directly managing project delivery for a variety of exciting client marketing engagements ensuring everything is on-time and on-budget. You will be working closely with a key account manager who will be leading client communications, but you will still be expected to be part of this process. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this type of role, extremely detail oriented and organized, and enjoys interacting with team members and clients. Your Responsibilities: Handles day-to-day activities and serves as one of the contacts for assigned clients, along with Account Manager Leads project meetings, presenting scheduling, key timelines and budgets Monitors project budgets and schedules, keeps track of the progress of client engagements Schedules, facilitates and circulates notes and action items for check-in meetings Identifies and proactively resolves any deliverables that might fall behind schedule or above budget Your Qualifications: Superior English communication skills required At least 2 years experience in a PM role in a marketing or creative field Advanced project management skills in a fast paced environment and experience with PM tools like Asana, Monday, etc. Ideal candidates have been a project manager within a marketing or PR communications agency College degree preferred in Marketing, Communications Media or related field Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills Sharp and driven with an unshakeable work ethic Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Powered by JazzHR
