APEX NUTRA LLC is Hiring a Quality Technician Near Ogden, UT

Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality and efficiency standards through various testing methods and procedures, possess strong GMP skills, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Duties:

- Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

- Fabricate and assemble components for quality testing
- Analyze product specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Utilize tools such as Micrometers, Calipers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for precise measurements

-Document and maintain accurate records of quality control activities and test results.
- Conduct quality audits to identify defects or deviations from standards
- Collect and analyze data to improve processes and product quality
- Implement Quality Management systems and procedures
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and FDA regulations

- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

- Proven experience in a Quality Technician role or similar position
- Proficiency in using measurement tools like Micrometers, Calipers, and CMMs
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques

- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control procedures.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
