Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator and Operator Assistant located in Midland, TX. The Operator/Operator Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to wet sand frac operations, including the operation and maintenance of equipment, monitoring and adjusting sand flow rates, ensuring proper sand logistics communication, and following safety protocols. The role requires working closely with the team to ensure efficient and streamlined sand operations.

• Experience operating a Front-End Loader is a plus. Bonus points if you have never damaged equipment.
• Mechanical and Technical skills are beneficial
• Excel spreadsheet and Math skills are beneficial
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is beneficial though not necessary

Job Highlights

• 2 week on/1 week off schedule
• Overtime with guaranteed 40 hour pay on your week off. Looking at $15-$24/hr pay Per Diem.
