Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical reception, possess strong administrative skills, and be familiar with medical terminology and patient service.

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the medical office staff

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with CharmEHR software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
