We seek a professional, well-organized Billing Clerk for a chiropractic, physical therapy/rehabilitation, and massage therapy clinic. (Please note: This is NOT a remote position).

Duties include:

• Payment posting
• Accounts receivable
• Verifying insurance benefits
• Reconciling and sending monthly patient statements
• Reporting
• Insurance rebuttals
• Answering and managing multiple phone lines
• Scheduling patient appointments for multiple providers
• Collecting patient payments
• Filing and scanning

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of billing experience
• Professional communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is essential
• Experience with ChiroTouch is preferred
• Organized
• Commitment to a long-term position
