Job Overview: We are currently looking for a Professional Housekeeping Specialist to join our team of dedicated cleaning professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for creating spotless and inviting environments. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for delivering top-notch cleaning services to our valued clients.

THIS JOB requires the employee to drive to and from different locations, if you do not have reliable transportation to and from multiple locations, your application will not be accepted. These areas include but are not limited to, Bellingham, Birch Bay, Ferndale, Samish Lake, Sudden Valley, and Lummi Island (Ferry Required).

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing to ensure all areas are impeccably cleaned and maintained.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas to the highest standard.
• Work long days, with occasional last minute scheduling and changes
• Be able to be on-call for a bonus pay
• Ensure all surfaces, appliances, and furniture are properly cleaned and organized.
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks within assigned timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any specific cleaning preferences or requirements.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure proper functionality and availability.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
• Catch a ferry to work out on Lummi Island

Qualifications:

• Previous professional housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning results.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving furniture or equipment as necessary.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing cleaning priorities and client needs.
• Flexibility to a changing schedule with permission from employee.
• A positive attitude and a passion for ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
