Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cannabis Culinary Chef to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality service.

Duties:
- Plan and create menus that are both delicious and cost-effective
- Manage the dietary department to meet the nutritional needs of customers
- Supervise food management processes to maintain quality and freshness
- Coordinate shift schedules and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Provide leadership and guidance to the culinary team
- Assist in food handling, preparation, and service
- Implement food service management best practices
- Cook and prepare meals according to established recipes
