We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, analyzing their needs, and providing appropriate coverage options.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Analyze client information to determine the most suitable insurance policies
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums on behalf of clients
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Handle benefits administration for clients as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial
- Proficient in analyzing client information to recommend appropriate coverage
