- Koordination aller Anfragen zu unseren Projekten im Bereich Facility Management
- kaufmännische Planung und Optimierung der Bewirtschaftung von Gebäuden
- Kontrolle der Gebäudestrukturen, um die Notwendigkeit von Reparaturen und Renovierungen zu bestimmen
- Planung und Überwachung von Sanierungsvorhaben und Bauprojekten
- Wartung von Anlagen, Beauftragung von Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von terminlichen Vorgaben
- Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben für die betreuenden Gebäude / Projekte sowie aller internen Richtlinien
- Prüfung des Betriebsmittelverbrauchs und kontinuierliche Kostenminimierung
- Erstellung von Kennzahlen für die Bewertung des Betriebsmittelverbrauchs
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Konzeptes für ein optimiertes Energiemanagement
- zentraler Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für interne Schnittstellen und externe Geschäftspartner
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Facility Manager (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Position für gewerblich genutzte Immobilien
- fundierte Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Technischer Betrieb und Ingenieurbetrieb sowie Best Practices im Bereich Gebäudeverwaltung
- Kenntnisse der grundlegenden Buchhaltungs- und Finanzgrundsätze
- Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten sowie eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Vorgehensweise
- starke Serviceorientierung, analytisches Denken
- ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Freude an Herausforderungen
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie versierter Umgang mit MS Office
