Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business operations and manage all aspects of the restaurant.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Ensure top-quality customer service that aligns with our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
• Manage budgets, forecast needs, and control expenses.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors, the local community, and guests to promote and improve the restaurant.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with grace and professionalism.
• Innovate and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar managerial role, preferably in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for leadership.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Passion for food and commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
