Adult and Pediatric Institute is Hiring a Client Care Coordinator Near Stuart, FL

We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping others to become our Client Care Coordinator! This is an excellent opportunity to join a committed team of mental health professionals who truly care about the client’s they serve and the staff who serve them.

As a Client Care Coordinator, you are often the client’s first point of contact. Your passion for providing outstanding customer service directly contributes to the high level of customer satisfaction that Adult and Pediatric Institute is known for.

Individuals with experience in customer service or office administration as a front desk receptionist, clinic coordinator, medical receptionist, or registered behavior technician would be a good fit for this role. We’re seeking individuals who would have a positive impact on our clients and possess the organizational and technical skills to complete administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the client mental health journey as the first point of contact, by answering phones, educating potential clients on our services, providing resources and information in the community, and delivering a quality customer experience
  • Scheduling, screening, and confirming new appointments through inbound and outbound calling
  • Communicate all relevant client information to the Physician
  • Send invoices for client payments
  • Maintain the client database in the EMR system
  • Help run office promotions by participating in any marketing and social media initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bilingual English and Spanish required
  • Self-starter who requires minimal supervision as this is a hybrid work-from-home position
  • Administrative background, computer savvy
  • Experience in a direct customer support role
  • Inbound/outbound calling
  • Quality phone etiquette
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Professional and empathetic
  • Experience with pediatric population preferred
  • Experience with autism population preferred
