You will be responsible for outbound calling to prospects to assist clients in selecting the right insurance policies that align with their unique needs and goals. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our insurance products and services to effectively guide clients in making informed decisions.
Sales Generation: Identify sales opportunities and present insurance policies that align with clients' needs and budget.
Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
Documentation and Processing: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to insurance policies.
