Overview:

We are seeking a Professional Construction Commercial Project Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project coordination, construction site management, and utilizing construction management software.

Duties:

- Coordinate project bidding activities for commercial construction projects
- Manage construction site logistics and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Utilize software such as Primavera, Prolog, and other construction management tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Assist in project scheduling and estimating tasks
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project completion

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in project coordination and management
- Experience with construction site operations
- Knowledge of Primavera and Prolog software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong project scheduling and estimating capabilities
- Familiarity with construction management software tools
