We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual) to join our team. As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. Your role will involve developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Maintain knowledge of current employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Develop and deliver HR training programs for managers and employees
- Manage the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters
- Oversee the exit process for employees leaving the organization
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Experience in senior leadership positions within HR departments
- Proficiency in using HR software systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ADP, Oracle, Paychex, Taleo, or Ceridian
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual - English/Spanish
- Strong problem-solving abilities
