Duties:
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications when necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Offer health coaching and counseling on preventive care measures and lifestyle modifications.
- Perform minor procedures such as wound care, suturing, and administering injections.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma through regular monitoring and follow-up.
- Utilize case management skills to coordinate care for patients with complex medical needs.
- Administer IV infusions as needed for various medical conditions.

Skills:
- Proficiency in basic life support techniques.
- Experience in assisted living facilities or similar settings.
- Strong case management abilities to ensure continuity of care.
- Health coaching expertise to empower patients in self-care practices.
- Knowledge of coding practices for accurate documentation and billing.
- Familiarity with operating room (OR) protocols for surgical assistance.
- Understanding of behavioral health principles for mental health assessments and interventions.
- Competence in diagnostic evaluation techniques for accurate patient assessments.
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing for comprehensive patient care.

Pay: $65.98 - $70.21 per hour
